They have a 24-hour front desk, which is great for night owls like me. The shuttle service was handy, especially when I didn't feel like walking. The shared lounge was a nice place to socialize with other guests, even though I prefer my own company.

Loved the free WiFi, but it was so fast that I couldn't even finish my cup of tea before my email loaded.
